Tracy Area High School is a building with about 325 students seeking a dedicated school counselor to foster academic and social development of our students. These roles and responsibilities will include academic guidance, career planning, college preparation, 504 coordination, personal and social development, advocacy, ACT testing/reporting, and collaboration with a child study PLC team. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills are favored. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential to this role. Applicants are required to have an M.A. with PESLB tier 3 or 4 licensure preferred. Tracy Area High School is accepting applications for a special education paraprofessional at TAHS for the 2024-2025 school year. This role will focus on supervision of students and the implementation of educational plans specifically tailored to meet the needs of students with IEP’s. Special Education Paraprofessionals provide accommodations and modifications as outlined in student plans. This role requires a person that can support the academic needs and activities of daily living. We are looking for people to join our team that can work collaboratively with special education teachers and general education teachers alike. At times, this role will require redirecting and managing behavioral issues. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills are favored. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential to this role.
