Sanford Tracy is offering a Flu Vaccine Clinic during Parent Teacher Conferences Monday, October 12th and Thursday, October 22nd for students and families to receive their flu vaccine. Sanford staff will be available at the Elementary School from 3:00 - 6:30 PM on both days.
High School students will have the opportunity to get their flu vaccine during their lunch time on Thursday, October 22nd. High School Students must have a signed Minor Consent Form available at this link.
